Loss of service in the South Downs area

We're aware that customers connected to multiple exchanges in the South Downs area are currently experiencing a total loss of service due to a damaged fibre cable.

Exchanges affected are:

    • Fareham
    • Stubbington
    • Titchfield
    • Wickham

Latest update: 9:55am 1st January 2022

This issue has now been resolved and the service has been fully restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
