We're aware that customers connected in the Wolverhampton area are currently experiencing a loss of service due to a break in a Fibre cable.

CityFibre and Openreach engineers are currently on site working to replace the damaged cable. Once the work is complete, service will be restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.
