Loss service in the Slough region

We're aware that some customers in and around the Slough region are currently experiencing a loss of service as a result of damage to underground cables. 

Latest update: 11AM 19th September 2020

Engineers are onsite and have been working to replace cables through the night and will continue to work throughout the day to replace the damaged cables. We'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused during this time.
