Missing menu in My Account - Resolved

We're aware some customers were missing the top menu when logged into My Account.

Latest update: 11:34am 30th July 2018

This issue has now been resolved and the top menu in My Account is now displayed. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
