We're aware that some customers are unable to access My Account, an error message 'Sorry, for Technical or Security reasons we cannot log you in. Please refresh and try again'. is seen. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. There's no need to contact us as we're aware of this and we will provides updates right here. Our team is investigating this as a priority and hope to restore service as soon as possible.
