My Account password reset issue

We're aware that some customers are having issues when requesting a password reset via SMS.
We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause. Whilst we look into this, there is an alternative option as follows;
* You can use email reset option.
* If however, your email address is the same as your login then you'll have to go to https://www.talktalk.co.uk/mail/ and follow forgot password steps.
