We're aware of some customers having issues accessing My Account, we're looking into this as a priority and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Update 11:58 am - Our engineers have confirmed that customers are now able to access My Account as normal, once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused whilst we investigated this issue
