My TalkTalk App issue

We're aware of an issue with the My TalkTalk App where customers received the following message "Sorry, something has gone wrong, please try again later".
Latest update: 10:02am 22nd December 2020
This issue has now been resolved and the App has been fully restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
