No dial tone in the north

We’re aware that some customers in the north of the UK have no dial tone on their phone and unable to make calls.
Latest Update, 7AM, 13th May:

Service has been restored to some customers and we're continuing to work on restoring service for all remaining affected customers and would like to apologise for the inconvenience.
