Following the impact from recent severe weather across the UK and the ongoing impact of COVID-19, Openreach have confirmed some areas in the UK may experience a delay with New lines, repair and the availability of appointments.
Due to the nature of the way the UK's telecoms infrastructure works we are dependent upon Openreach for their engineering force to fix the problems on the shared infrastructure and cabling in our streets.
