Following the impact from Storm Alex across the UK, Openreach have confirmed the below areas may experience a delay with repairs:
- Avon
- Blackwater
- Brentwood
- Wiltshire
Due to the nature of the way the UK's telecoms infrastructure works we are dependent upon Openreach for their engineering force to fix the problems on the shared infrastructure and cabling in our streets.
