We'll be conducting some routine maintenance at our telephone exchanges from 00.05am until 06.00am 30 October. Whilst we're working on this, customers in the following areas will be affected:
- Totton Central - Broadband
- Bury St Edmunds - Broadband and TV
- Wylam - Phone, Broadband and TV
If you're in these areas your broadband, phone and TV service may be interrupted.
These routine updates allow us to make improvements to your service, and keep everything running as smoothly as possible. There's no need to contact us about this, however, if you need to speak with us about something else, feel free to get in touch.
