We'll be performing an upgrade to our internal infrastructure from 00.05am until 06.00am 6th November.

These routine updates allow us to make improvements to your service, and keep everything running as smoothly as possible.

Whilst we're working on this, customers connected to the Port Talbot exchange will be unable to us their TalkTalk TV service.

We’d like to apologise for any inconvience caused during this time.
