We’re planning to make some improvements to core systems and websites from Friday 8th June at 9pm until Sunday 10th June at 8am. Your TalkTalk Broadband, Phone & TV service will remain unaffected by our planned works however you won’t be able to use MyAccount to make changes to your account during this time.
During our planned maintenance, our support teams will also be unable to make any changes to your account. If you’d like to make any changes to your account, such as adding TV boosts or managing your calling features we suggest you make these to your account before the 8th June via your TalkTalk TV box or MyAccount.
