We're aware of an issue affecting some customers when using My Account, after logging in you may see the following message:
"Something went wrong. Please try again later."
Our engineers are working to restore service as soon as possible and we'd like to apologise for the inconvenience of not being able to access your account. We'll keep you updated on our progress right here, there's no need to contact us but do check back later for updates.
