Webmail will be unavailable from midnight 21st April to 2:30am 22nd April whilst we apply a fix for this issue and complete the maintenance required to restore the service.

We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

We're aware that some of our customers are having trouble viewing emails using webmail on an Apple device, the devices impacted are:

* Mac desktops & Macbooks running Safari 10.1 or above
* iPhones and iPads running iOS 10.1 or above using Safari
* iPhones and iPads running iOS 10.1 or above using Chrome
* iPhones and iPads running iOS 10.1 or above using Firefox

Using an Mac, What to do?

For iMac or macbook users you can still access webmail using an alternative browser, if you’re unable to access a different browser, as a workaround you can change the “user agent” setting. For more information on this see How do I change the user agent in Safari

Using an iOS device, What to do?

Did you know you can access your emails using your devices mail client, this will synchronise your emails onto your device allowing full access. For more information see How to setup your email address
