We're aware that some customers are struggling to access websites and web applications such as facebook, spotify, snapchap, etsy etc. It appears this issue is due to a hosting issue with Google Cloud Networking who provide web services to these and other providers and is not an issue with the TalkTalk network.
Because this is not a TalkTalk issue there is no need to contact us. Google are advising customers that their engineers are continuing to investigate the issue.
