Problems logging into My Account

We're aware that customers were having issues logging into their My Account. Some customers were seeing the error "Sorry, the service is temporarily unavailable, please try again later."

Latest update: 2:26pm 21st October 2019

This issue has now been resolved and My Account is now accessible. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
