We're aware some customers were having issues logging into Webmail and via email clients.
Customers were seeing the error message 'Login not possible at the moment. Please try again later. (LGI-0005)'.

This issue has now been resolved and the email login service has been fully restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
