This is no longer impacting customers and you should be able to access Webmail and our websites without any problems. We'll continue to monitor the issue for the rest of the weekend.
Some customers are experiencing difficulties logging into Webmail and accessing the TalkTalk sales website. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service asap.
You can still access your emails using an email client or app on devices such as your phone or tablet.
