We’re aware that some customers on our Full Fibre service are intermittently unable to make a call. Some customers are getting an engaged tone when a call should be connected.

Our engineers are releasing a fix overnight to resolve this issue. If you're still unable to make a call after this has been resolved on the 20th January, please reboot your router and try again.
