Problems managing your recordings

Update 5:25 pm 10 Jan 2018 - We're aware that a small number of customers are currently experiencing difficulties managing their recordings, such as not being able to make or delete recordings, recordings failing or overrunning.
The above issues can be overcome by updating your set-top box to the latest software, you can do this on your TalkTalk TV box by following the below:
- Press the YouView / Menu button on your remote
- Select Settings
- Select Software Information
- Select Update software
