We're aware that some customers are currently unable to open TalkTalk Webmail in Chrome. Customers are receiving the error message “Connection error. Service not available right now." and clicking retry results in the same error message.
Using an alternative web browser or email via clients such as outlook on your PC or the mail app on your smartphone or tablet are working as normal. We'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and assure you the issue is being investigated with Google as a priority.
