Problems watching TV

We're aware that some customers were experiencing issues watching On Demand TV and Boost channels. Customers were seeing error codes IPC6011 or TTG-252 with this issue.

Latest update: 8:18pm 9th April 2021

This issue has now been resolved and the service has been fully restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
