We're aware that customers are experiencing issues watching content on the ITV Hub app on the TalkTalk TV 4K Box (Netgem). We're working with ITV and Netgem to resolve this issue as soon as possible. ITV live channels continue to work as normal, and all other Freeview apps are unaffected. Until the issue is resolved you can use the ITV website as an alternative on other devices.
