You should now be able to use My Account as normal, however we'll continue to monitor the situation.
We're aware that some customers are having problems accessing My Account.
We think this issue was caused by some planned maintenance work we recently carried out on our websites; our engineers are currently working to revert the changes and hopefully fix the problem.
