Parts of the UK recently experienced heavy snow which has caused damage to the Openreach network leading to an increase in faults being reported. Openreach has informed us it will take longer than normal to repair faults in the following area:

Openreach have confirmed that repairs in Bristol, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Exeter, Newport, South East Scotland, North Central Scotland, South Central and West Central Scotland are being completed in their normal time frame.
