Latest update - This issue is now resolved and our services should be working as normal.
We're aware that a small number of Fibre customers connected to the Lowestoft exchange are having problems with their broadband connection. This is stopping customers with 01502 numbers from connecting to the Internet.
I've got no service what should I do?
