Latest update - Our engineers have repaired some damaged cabling and this issue is now resolved. Your services should be working as normal.
We're aware that a small number of Tiscali UK customers are experiencing a loss of service in Lancing. These customers are currently unable to use their phone, Internet or TalkTalk TV services.
We have sent engineers out to Lancing exchange to investigate the issue, and we hope to have you back up and running soon.
