Total Loss of Service at Bloomsbury exchange

We're aware that customers connected to the Bloomsbury exchange are currently experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband & TV service.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.

Update 21:00 -  Following corrective work by our engineers we can confirm that this fault has been resolved. We would like to apologise again for any inconvenience caused.
