We're aware that some customers connected to the Reading Tilehurst exchange were experiencing issues using their Phone, Broadband and TV service.

Latest update: 11:33am 22nd December 2017

All services have now been restored at this exchange. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the issue.
