We're aware that customers in Lancashire and Liverpool are currently experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband and TV service due to a large fibre cable that has been cut through by a 3rd party.
This has affected the following areas:

- Formby
- Bootle
- Huyton
- Waterloo
- Southport
- Burscough

Openreach engineers have replaced damaged cabling. They have confirmed that Service has been restored for all customers.
