We're aware that customers connected to the St. Helens exchange are currently experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband & TV service.

Latest update, 6:30PM, 24th July: We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.
