Total loss of service across the Newcastle region

We're aware that customers connected to multiple exchanges in the Newcastle region are currently experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband & TV service.

Latest update: 7:41am 10th February 2020

This issue has now been resolved and the service has been restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
