Total loss of service at Leven and Cupar exchanges

We're aware that customers connected to the Leven and Cupar exchanges were experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband & TV service.

Latest update: 4:17pm - 21st September 2019

Engineers have completed works to repair a damaged cable that caused the loss of service. Service has now been restored to all customers. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
