Total loss of service at the Gedling exchange

We're aware that some customers connected to the Gedling exchange were experiencing intermitant loss of Phone, Broadband & TV service.

Latest update: 1:33pm 4th January 2019

This fault has now been resolved and service has been restored to all customers. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
