We're aware that some customers connected to the Gravesend exchange were experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband and TV service.
This issue also affected fibre customers on the following sub exchanges:
- Greenhithe
- Longfield
- Ash Green
- Meopham
- Shorne
- Southfleet
