Total loss of service at the Gravesend exchange

We're aware that some customers connected to the Gravesend exchange were experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband and TV service.

This issue also affected fibre customers on the following sub exchanges:

  • Greenhithe
  • Longfield
  • Ash Green
  • Meopham
  • Shorne
  • Southfleet

Latest update: 4:02pm 6th November 2018

We can confirm this issue is now fixed and service has been restored for all customers.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
