Total loss of service at the Waterloo exchange

We're aware that customers connected to the Waterloo exchange are currently experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband & TV service due to a cable break during planned maintenance.

We are currently working with Openreach to resolve the issue. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time. 

Latest Update 06:50am 03rd March - Our engineers have confirmed that service has been restored.
