We're aware that some customers in the London area are experiencing a total loss of services. This loss in service is due to cable damage caused by engineering works on the Virgin Media fibre network.
Damage to these local fibre connections has impacted the routing of broadband services for a wide range of customers including TalkTalk. Virgin Media engineers are on site right now, working to repair the damage and connect all services.
Latest Update (RESOLVED) - 13:20am, 17th May:
We're pleased to advise that Virgin Media have confirmed that work has been completed to repair the earlier broken fibre connections.
