Update 19th May 4:45pm: This is now resolved and all services have been restored. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Update 19th May 3:30pm: Following corrective work carried out by our engineers, broadband service at Porthmadog, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Penrhyndeudraeth and Criccieth exchanges have now been restored.
