Total loss of service in south London areas

We're aware that some customers in the below areas are having issues with their Broadband, Phone & TV service:

Balham Streatham
Battersea Tooting
Bermondsey Wandsworth

Update 24 May 8am

This issue has now been resolved and customers shouldn't see any further problems with their service.

Once again we're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
