Total loss of service in the Bristol North area

We're aware that customers in the Bristol North area were experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband & TV service.

This issue was affecting customer connected to the following exchanges:

  • Bristol North
  • Eastville
  • Keynsham and South

Latest update: 3:01pm 31st July 2020

This issue has now been resolved and the service has been fully restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
