Update 1:25PM 11th June - We have confirmation from Virgin Media that work has been carried out to restore service and all earlier issues have been resolved.
We're aware customers in the East Midlands area are unable to use their phone, broadband and TV services, our engineers are looking into this as a priority. Whilst they look into this we would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Exchanges affected are:
- Corby
- Kettering
- Rushden
- Wellingborough
