Total loss of service in the Harrogate area

We're aware that some customers in the Harrogate area are currently experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband and TV service. This is due to a planned outage from 20:00 on the 27th September until 06:00 on the 28th September.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
