Total loss of service in the Somerset area

We're aware that some customers in the Somerset area connected to Winscombe, Banwell and Yatton exchanges were experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband & TV service.

Latest update: 1:11pm 10th January 2019

We can confirm this issue has now been resolved and all services have been restored.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
