We're aware that some customers are having issues with their Phone, Broadband and TV services in the South West region. 


We're sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing, we'd like to assure you that our engineers are working hard to fix this issue. 

I've got no service what should I do? 

If you're experiencing an outage with your service there's no need to contact us as we're already working on the issue.
