Total loss of service

We're aware that customers connected to multiple exchanges in Northern Ireland are currently experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband & TV service.

Exchanges affected are;

  • Ballymena
  • Belfast Ballysillan
  • Belfast Fortwilliam
  • Belfast North
  • Cullybackey
  • Glengormley
  • Kells

Latest Update 5:55 pm 28th November - After repairing a Fibre break the engineers have confirmed the issue is fully resolved, once again we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
