We’re aware that some of our customers are having problems chatting to our support team across our Help, My Account & My Connection sites. Our Virtual assistant Sara is available to answer your questions however you may see the following message when being transferred to our support team:

"We’re sorry to keep you waiting, all our agents are currently busy. We’ll be with you shortly."
