Unable to make or receive calls

We're aware that some customers were experiencing issues with their landline. Affected customers were hearing an engaged tone when making a call and were also unable to receive calls. 

Latest update: 6:43pm 25th January 2021

This issue has now been resolved and the service has been fully restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
