Unable to reset passwords on My Account

We're aware that some customers are currently unable to reset passwords on My Account and may encounter the message "sorry this service is unavailable". 

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore this functionality overnight. 

Update - 09:05 am - We're pleased to confirm that this issue has now been resolved, once again we apologise for any inconvenience that this caused.
